Daniel Szafarski is a doctoral researcher at the Institute for Information Systems (WIN) at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). His research focuses on the design, adoption, and organizational impact of Conversational AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) in enterprise environments.
Alongside his academic work, he brings extensive industry experience from collaborations with Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, where he contributes to the strategic transformation of enterprise IT landscapes. His work combines rigorous research with practical implementation, bridging the gap between Human-Computer Interaction, Artificial Intelligence, and Information Systems Engineering.
His research aims to develop human-centered AI systems that scale successfully in large organizations while creating measurable value for employees and businesses.
