Laura Seith is working for our Industry Partner EnBW AG and is conducting her doctoral studies at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in Germany. She is conducting her research at the Institute for Information Systems (WIN), specifically within the Information Systems III research group, headed by Prof. Dr. Jella Pfeiffer.

Research Interests

In her research in the field of Conversational AI, Laura Seith will focus on Human - AI collaboration in Customer Service interactions in the energy sector. Her proximity to business allows her to use real-life situations as basis for her research, with research findings being applicable to business in return.
